Tommy Merlyn (born 1984) is a playboy "trustafarian", and the best friend of Oliver Queen. When Oliver returns to Starling City, Tommy believes the good times will roll again, but is greatly mistaken as Oliver is a changed man. Like Oliver formerly was, Tommy is a billionaire, and also owns a Mercedes McLaren.[1]
Tommy is based the Green arrow Villian Merlyn who is the number two villian behind Count Vertigo in his Rouges Gallery.
