An unnamed woman is the wife of Earnest Williams, and the mother of Issa and Tiffany Williams.
Biography[]
After her son, Issa was killed by Freeland Police Department during an arrest for using Green Light, his mother was at Blackbird Funeral Parlor with her daughter Tiffany when government agents arrived to take his body. Distraught at the thought of not being able to bury her son, she was amazed when Issa came back to life in front of her. Issa's Meta-human powers caused his mother to tell him that she was relieved that he was dead because she would no longer be worried about him being on the streets doing Green Light. When his mother realized what she had said, she was horrified.[1]
