The Perdi is a group of black people led by Thierry and Batina operating in south Freeland. They participate in illegal weed farming and are rivals to the Sange.

Markovians found the camp of the Perdi and began killing them. Anaya called Blackbird for assistance as she fled the massacre with what few members who survived, hoping for the safety of Freeland.[1]
